Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or face issues with a product. Our Return & Refund Policy is to assist you in such situations.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
